2013 is here NOW. And it's time to buckle up some new and improved moves to ensure a easy, educational, profit travel for us.
ETSY is where its at for us. From Jan 1, 2012 - Jan 1, 2013 here is what we did:

1,368 Orders - We did OK, but still struggled on off for the year. So for 2013, to be able to work etsy full time and that's two of us working it full time we need to do more then double our views/orders to be able to survive and eat in 2013.
Paid etsy ads for us came to $2,243.26 for the year. OUCH, this figured HURTS. We've tried everything from begging our family and friends to help and I am sorry FACEBOOK does not work for us, 348 views - yep that's it, and I have over 500 friends on there and family.... What we did in stats kind of shocked us a bit.
~ Pinterest (we've only been members for about 4 month) did the best for us 597
~ Rebel Mouse (whats this?? have to look more into but thank you!!) 369
~ Facebook in which I use at least 20 times a day brought in a whopping sad # of 348
Our #1 Blog Review was www.madeinusachallenge.com 142 and I am sorry blog reviews are nice but I have never won a sale from doing them. But hey, I have to keep trying or do I?
So change is needed BIG TIME - and I need help!! But what we plan on doing for now is
~ Translate our store to all the available language provided by etsy (Italian, Spanish, Dutch, French, German) DONE
~ Banner and Avatar – do they relate to your products in some way? Is the
text clear and easy to read? Your avatar can be used very effectively as part of
your ‘brand’, so select it wisely. I’v kept the same avatar as long as I’v
been online.. people recognize me by my avatar. Others like to change theirs on
a regular basis. There is no ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ way to do it. You just have to
do what works best for you. I personally like to see an avatar that reflects in
some way the product(s) that you sell, but that is my personal opinion. Done
~Shop Section - make it a wee more simple for our customers to look for items faster and show off our number slots - DONE
~Research cheaper ways to advertise our store, fliers/mailers/business cards/web site with our store domain MrsCraftyRVing
~Use and Carry our Products line, I have a lot of guilt taking time to make items for my own personal use, I truly do. But getting to know some of the locals and communicating what we do, I have nothing on hand to show them - and dummy me, that's money loss.
~Networking more and begging LESS - go outside my box, learn from others, and heed their advice, join more groups, and not be so shy....
~RVing - RV folk are the quickest folks to spread and support RVer PLAN AND SIMPLE.... Travel while working, travel while shopping, travel while selling, hitting the farmers/flea/church markets, meeting new people.....

3. $75 package - This monthly package includes 2 hours each week of marketing with daily posts.
4. $100 package - This monthly package will include 4 hours of marketing a week including all the daily posts on Facebook. This package will feature more blog posts and PR work for your business.
*Each package includes the Twitter, Facebook and Blog posts, fliers, and Facebook page administration but amount of work will be based on the hours*
